Guided movement for the mind, body, and spirit

Bringing fluid movement, asana, and guided support to your body and mind!

Small group classes are offered Friday morning and Sunday evenings. Please see the class schedule below and sign up for your space! Classes are limited to 5 spaces each and focus on supporting your body with guidance, individual attention, smiles, and hopefully some laughs!

Thick yoga mats are offered for each class! Please bring your water bottle and dress for fluid movement and stretching!
