I am a friend to the wild and nature, believing our bodies are as vast as the mountains and cold waters we experience. I chose to work with the body because I believe our happiness and wholeness is integrated into our physical wellbeing. Learning manual therapy, routine, and self-connection is a great joy that I appreciate sharing. My first holistic adventure began in Mexico where I began learning massage, focusing on relaxation massage. Through Downeast School of Massage, I learned intentional therapeutic massage therapy and furthered my education to become a certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist. Understanding the lymphatic system to be an integral part of healing and maintaining health became a focus in my personal and professional practice.
