I am a friend to the wild and nature and believe our bodies are as vast as the mountains and cold waters. I chose to work with the body because I believe our happiness and wholeness depends on its wellbeing. Learning manual therapy, routine, and self-connection is a great joy. My first holistic adventure began in Mexico, where I spent time in a homeopathic clinic with my family. Through Downeast School of Massage, I learned intentional massage therapy and furthered my education to become certified in manual lymphatic drainage, understanding the lymphatic system to be an integral part of healing and maintaining health.
