I believe in nature and our bodies natural movement to play with nature. I chose to work with the body because I believe happiness and wholeness is integrated into physical wellbeing. Learning manual therapy, routine, and self-connection is a great joy that I appreciate sharing and talking about. As I began massage therapy in Mexico and learned through Downeast School of Massage in Maine, with continuous education to further my understanding of the body and mind, I am appreciative every day of the human body and the wisdom we all carry within. Understanding the lymphatic system to be an integral part of healing and maintaining health became a focus in my personal and professional practice, and eventually inspired me to further my education as a lymphedema specialist, in which will be a new focus at Northern Body Therapeutics in 2026.
