NORTHERN HEAD AND FACE THERAPY
Please breath into deep relaxation, releasing you from deep tension in your head and face muscles and fascia. Using locally made organic sea buckthorn, rose hip, and calendula butter to nourish and repair your skin, and warm towels to rest your mind, we use techniques to unwind your scalp, face muscles, move your lymph fluid, improve circulation to your skin, promote mental clarity, and grounding.​

FUNCTIONAL STOMACH THERAPY
This session focuses to relax the nervous system and increase the function of the abdominal cavity. Rest, as your abdomen is wrapped with warm organic herbal oil made locally by a certified herbalist to promote relaxation and lymphatic movement. As the wrap treatment holds you, let the head massage and lymphatic drainage communicate to your body. Allow for the stomach muscles to release and reset as your stomach is treated with lymphatic drainage. Assists in bloating, inflammation, digestive needs, deep relaxation, and more.​
